We only accept payments through our secure online booking system. We only guarantee reservations made at least 48 hours in advance of the desired tour date. Reservations
Booking a tour with us you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you possess the legal authority to use this site, to book the services and that all information you provide is true and accurate. We are not accepting participants in the tours under 18 years of age without the presence of an adult who has got the legal authority to escort the underage.

Participating in Guided Tours
When booking and participating in a tour, guests are responsible for selecting a tour that suits their abilities, fitness level and general wellness. Please read individual tour descriptions carefully to learn the requirements and recommendations for each tour. Roma Experience is not liable for bodily injury or property damage as a result of (but not limited to): physical exertion for which a guest is not prepared, forces of nature, consumption of alcoholic beverages, civil unrest, terrorism, breakdown of equipment, the adequacy of medical attention once provided, COVID-19. 
 
Roma Experience would ask its guests their permission to take photographs or videos of them taking part in its tour activities, for promotional and commercial use. Given the consense, the guests approve even the use for third parties with whom Roma Experience may engage in joint marketing, without financial remuneration.
 
​Refund Policy
Roma Experience is familiar with the hassles and difficulties that inevitably arise when planning an international vacation, especially due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, we are more than happy to work with you to reschedule your tour. A 100% refund is offered for any tour cancelled at least one month (31 days) prior to the scheduled tour date. Please note tickets e.g. entry to museums, monuments etc are non-refundable.

A 70% refund is offered for tours cancelled within 30 days to \20 days prior to the scheduled tour date. All tickets are non-refundable.

A 50% refund is offered for tours cancelled within 19 to 7 days of the scheduled tour date. All tickets are not non-refundable.

No refund is offered for tours cancelled within 7 days from the tour date or missed tours.

We are unfortunately unable to refund missed tours or tours that are not cancelled ahead of time. When possible, we will work with the client to reschedule a tour, but please keep in mind that it is not always possible to reschedule tours.

If your travel is cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are offering a travel voucher lasting two years.

If for mayor forces not depending on us but on the ongoing pandemic we will need to cancel your tours we will provide a voucher spendable within 2 years from the day of cancellation with the same credit.
