Refund Policy

At Roma Experience, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Each of our tours is carefully arranged in advance — from reserved entry slots to expert guides who dedicate their time to creating an exceptional journey just for you.

Our refund policy is designed to balance flexibility for our guests with respect for the preparation and commitment behind every experience. Wherever possible, we’ll work with you to reschedule your tour. If cancellation becomes necessary, refunds are issued according to the schedule alongside.

Cancellations & Missed Tours

Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds for missed tours or those not cancelled in advance. We will, however, do our utmost to reschedule your experience wherever possible. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

In the rare event that your travel plans are disrupted by extraordinary circumstances beyond your control — such as government restrictions, natural events, or other force majeure situations — we will provide a travel credit or voucher equal to the full value of your booking. This credit will remain valid for two years from the date of issue and may be applied to any future Roma Experience tour or service.

If Roma Experience must cancel a tour due to similar unforeseen circumstances, a voucher of equal value will also be issued, valid for two years from the cancellation date. This ensures that your investment in an authentic Italian experience is never lost, only postponed.

31 Days or More Before the Tour Date

Cancellations made 31 days or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full (100%) refund.


Please note that any pre-purchased tickets are non-refundable.

30 to 20 Days Before the Tour Date

For cancellations made between 30 and 20 days prior to the scheduled tour date, a 50% refund will be issued.


All entry tickets and third-party fees remain non-refundable.

19 to 8 Days Before the Tour Date

Cancellations made between 19 and 8 days prior to the scheduled tour date qualify for a 20% refund.


Pre-booked tickets and any external service fees are non-refundable.

Within 7 Days or Missed Tours

Tours cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled date, as well as missed tours, are non-refundable.


However, we will always do our best to reschedule your experience, subject to availability.

Refund Policy for Luxury Tours

For bespoke or tailor-made tours, we kindly inform our clients that an administrative fee of 15% of the total confirmed tour cost is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. This fee covers the time, coordination, and arrangements involved in designing a fully customised experience.

This charge applies in addition to our standard refund policy, which governs cancellations made within the 31-day period prior to the scheduled tour date.

Please note that this policy remains in effect regardless of unforeseen circumstances — including, but not limited to, illness, travel restrictions, weather conditions, or other disruptive events beyond our control. We encourage all clients to review this policy carefully before confirming their booking to ensure full understanding of the terms.

In all cases, our team will do their utmost to assist with rescheduling or applying your credit toward a future Roma Experience tour, ensuring that your Italian journey can still be enjoyed at a later date.
