ROMA EXPERIENCE's REFUND POLICY
Regrettably, we cannot issue refunds for missed tours or those not cancelled in advance. We will, however, strive to reschedule your tour wherever feasible, but bear in mind that rescheduling may not always be possible.
If your travel plans are disrupted due to the Covid pandemic, we provide a travel voucher valid for two years.
In the event that we must cancel your tours due to unforeseen circumstances related to the pandemic, we will issue a voucher valid for two years from the date of cancellation, retaining its original value.

Refund Policy
For tours cancelled at least 31 days before the scheduled tour date, we offer a 100% refund. Please note that all tickets are non-refundable.
Item 1
For tours cancelled 30 to 20 days before the scheduled tour date, a 50% refund is applicable. All tickets remain non-refundable.
Item 2
Tours cancelled 19 to 8 days prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a 20% refund. All tickets are non-refundable.
Item 3
Tours cancelled within 7 days of the tour date or missed tours are non-refundable.
Item 4
We kindly inform our clients that in the event of a cancellation of any bespoke tour, a non-refundable administrative fee, amounting to 15% of the total cost of the confirmed tour, will be applied. This fee is in addition to our standard refund policy, which applies when cancellations are made within a 31-day period.
This policy is consistent across various unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to events such as Covid-19, personal illness, death, war, or climate-related incidents. We encourage all our clients to review and consider this policy thoroughly prior to finalizing their booking.
