By booking a tour with Roma Experience, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of any accompanying participants.

Please note that Roma Experience cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property resulting from — but not limited to — insufficient physical preparation, adverse weather conditions, force majeure events, equipment failure, civil unrest, terrorism, illness, or medical emergencies.

From time to time, Roma Experience may request your consent to capture photographs or videos during tours for promotional or editorial use. By granting consent, you authorise the use of such materials by Roma Experience and its marketing partners without financial compensation.

Our Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity and flexibility in the event of unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans.

• 31 days or more before the scheduled tour date: 100% refund of the tour cost. Please note that entrance tickets to museums, monuments, or third-party venues are strictly non-refundable.

• 30 to 20 days before the scheduled tour date: 50% refund of the tour cost. All tickets remain non-refundable.

• 19 to 8 days before the scheduled tour date: 20% refund of the tour cost. All tickets remain non-refundable.

• Within 7 days of the scheduled tour date: Tours cancelled less than 7 days prior, or missed tours, are non-refundable.

While Roma Experience cannot guarantee rescheduling, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes when possible. Please note that all refunds are processed according to the payment method originally used at the time of booking.

Tickets to monuments, museums, and other venues of interest are obtained through third-party providers and are subject to their individual availability. Roma Experience acts solely as an intermediary, coordinating the purchase of such tickets on your behalf. Please note that availability and pricing are determined by the respective venues and remain outside our direct control.

In the event that Roma Experience is unable to secure the requested ticket(s), we will promptly notify you using the contact details provided at the time of booking. You will be informed of the issue and offered suitable alternatives or a refund for the unavailable portion of your booking, as appropriate.

These Terms & Conditions, as well as any disputes or claims arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disagreement or dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rome, Italy.
