Refund Policy

At Roma Experience, we recognize that unexpected obstacles can arise while planning an international vacation. Regardless of the circumstances, we are wholeheartedly dedicated to helping you accommodate any necessary alterations to your tour schedule. Here's A Breakdown of Our Refund Policy:

Regrettably, we cannot issue refunds for missed tours or those not cancelled in advance. We will, however, strive to reschedule your tour wherever feasible, but bear in mind that rescheduling may not always be possible.

If your travel plans are disrupted due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we provide a travel voucher valid for two years. 

In the event that we must cancel your tours due to unforeseen circumstances related to the pandemic, we will issue a voucher valid for two years from the date of cancellation, retaining its original value.

Item One

For tours cancelled at least 31 days before the scheduled tour date, we offer a 100% refund. Please note that all tickets are non-refundable.

Item Two

For tours cancelled 30 to 20 days before the scheduled tour date, a 50% refund is applicable.  All tickets remain non-refundable.

Item Three

Tours cancelled 19 to 8 days prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a 20% refund. All tickets are non-refundable.

Item Four

Tours cancelled within 7 days of the tour date or missed tours are non-refundable.
