We accept payments exclusively through our secure online booking system. Reservations are only guaranteed for bookings made at least 48 hours in advance of the desired tour date. Payments

When booking a tour with us, you assert that you are at least 18 years old, possess the legal authority to use our site, and to book our services. You further affirm that all information you provide is truthful and accurate. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who has legal authority to escort the minor.

Reservations

As a guest, you are accountable for selecting a tour compatible with your capabilities, fitness level, and overall health. We advise you to thoroughly review the descriptions and requirements of each tour before booking. Reach out to us at info@romaexperience.com for additional information or inquiries.

Please note that Roma Experience cannot be held liable for bodily injury or property damage arising from, but not limited to, lack of physical preparedness, forces of nature, alcohol consumption, civil unrest, terrorism, equipment breakdown, medical adequacy, or COVID.

We might ask for your consent to photograph or film you during our tours for promotional and commercial purposes. By granting consent, you also approve the use of these images by our marketing partners without financial compensation.

Participating in Guided Tours

Our refund policy is designed to accommodate unforeseen circumstances that could affect your travel plans, especially during the ongoing Covid pandemic. ​

- A 100% refund is provided for any tour cancelled at least 31 days prior to the scheduled tour date. Please note that tickets, such as entry to museums and monuments, are non-refundable.

- For tours cancelled 30 to 20 days before the scheduled tour date, a 50% refund is applicable.  All tickets remain non-refundable.

- Tours cancelled 19 to 8 days prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a 20% refund. All tickets are non-refundable..

- Tours cancelled within 7 days of the tour date or missed tours are non-refundable.

We are unfortunately unable to refund missed tours or those not cancelled in advance. We will try to reschedule a tour when possible, but it may not always be feasible.

In case your travel is cancelled due to the Covid pandemic, we offer a travel voucher valid for two years. If we must cancel your tours due to unforeseen circumstances linked to the pandemic, we will provide a voucher valid for two years from the day of cancellation.

1.1 Availability: Obtaining tickets to monuments, museums, and other places of interest is beyond the control of Roma Experience and is subject to availability with the respective venues. We act as an intermediary, facilitating the acquisition of these tickets on your behalf.

We will advise you of the situation and discuss potential alternatives or refund options.
